Once you have chosen a date for your event to avoid disappointment, we ask that you pay a £50 date holding fee to secure your date, as we are unable to hold spaces. This will be deducted of your final balance and is non-refundable if you decide to cancel 7 days or less priory to your event taking place.
We understand that in the new world we live in today things may change at short notices, you are able to change your date subject to space availability, we will need at least 72 hours’ notice.
Once you are happy with your booking, we ask for you to pay 25% of your balance and the remaining 75% three weeks before your event. If you have booked your event within two weeks of it taking place, then the full balance is required at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfers, card and cash.
