Garfield’s Flava was created to showcase our passion and quality of our Jamaican dishes. We started off as a takeaway service delivering food all over the UK.
Since doing this, our customers have fallen in love with our food an often ask how we get it to taste so good. (Well, that’s a secret!)
As a young boy growing up in Ewarton St Catherine’s, Jamaica, I found my passion for cooking at the age of 7, when my late mum taught me how to cook my first dish (chicken, boiled dumpling, green banana, yam, and potato) also known as hard food.
From that day forward, my passion grew and, over the last 30 years, I’ve catered for many events, from small family functions to Notting Hill carnival; I even catered for my own wedding.
